Business Services
I am a marketing and business development professional, with broad experience in management and strategic planning for organisations of all sizes across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
Drawing on this experience I support the growth and development of organisations, working with stakeholders to help them to explore and identify their true potential and brand values, reflecting the uniqueness of who they are and what they offer. Dawn Ray Consulting helps leaders and managers to translate the outcomes into appropriate and effective strategic marketing activity, with clear and consistent communications messages. As well as the planning and implementation, Dawn mentors organisations to own and implement marketing strategies themselves, providing additional expertise as required.

The HR Dept Newbury supports small to medium sized companies with their HR, and it’s our approach that really sets us apart.
Instead of telling small businesses what they can’t do, we tell them what they can do to achieve the results that they want. Anything from a one-off employee issue through to a business restructure, from providing an updated contract template through to designing and implementing a full suite of employment policies and documents, from ad-hoc support to a regular on-site presence.
The HR Dept also has a range of value added services which give smaller businesses access to HR tools that used to belong only to larger businesses. If you’re hunting for HR solutions, get in touch with The HR Dept Newbury, we’d love to help.
Margaret Macknelly, a freelance graphic designer, represents Tadley & District Chamber of Trade at the Calleva Business Club meetings.
The Chamber was formed in 1967 to “to watch over the progress and encourage the prosperity of the Trade and Industry of Tadley and District”. 50 years on we continue to do the same with the annual publication of the Roundabout Book, a directory of businesses in RG26 and part of the RG7 area.
